The Indie88 morning show was Carlin Burton, Brent Albrecht and Jackie Pirico but Local Radio Lab Inc. has made a significant change, firing Brent Albrecht. The Indie88 morning show is now just Carlin Burton and Jackie Pirico.
Since assuming ownership of Indie88, Local Radio Lab has broadened the station's playlist, adding more pop hits. Why they've chosen to part ways with Brent is unknown to me at this time, but if I learn more, I'll update this post.

Former Indie88 morning show host Josie Dye was recently named the new morning show host at CHUM, replacing longtime stalwart Marilyn Denis. With their newly popified playlist, it seems Indie88 is seeking to convert CHUM listeners with the mighty power of Ed Sheeran.
