Man, I loved the 1985 Toronto Blue Jays. Our manager was Bobby Cox, and I was very sad when he announced after the season he was leaving us for Atlanta.
Bobby Cox had a career record of 2,504-2,001 in 4,508 career games with three ties and a win-loss percentage of .556. He won the manager of the year four times. once with the Blue Jays in 1985, and three times with the Braves in 1991, 2004, and 2005. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2014.
