I wrote about Meredith Geddes back in 2018 when she was voice tracking several shows from Vancouver, including 102.1 the Edge's afternoon drive show. I found it curious that a legacy alt rock station like CFNY would not have a local afternoon drive show.
At some point, Meredith moved to Toronto to rectify this and that's where she's been until now. Meredith Geddes has left 102.1 the Edge for a radio opportunity in Vancouver at Jack FM, and yes, I'm a little late with this story.
Yes, the very same city that now includes two other former-Edge personalities in Jay Brody and Carly Myers. You may recall FOTM Jay Brody quite 102.1 to head west back in June 2022, and Carly Myers quit for Vancouver radio in March 2022.
