Firstly, Sass Jordan was a rock star. She had big Canadian hits with "Tell Somebody", "Double Trouble", "Make You a Believer" and "High Road Easy". She even appeared on The Bodyguard soundtrack.
She was also a judge on Canadian Idol, which put her in front of millions of Canadians. But did you know she tried out to replace Sammy Hagar in Van Halen?
All of this was discussed in glorious detail when Sass visited me in February 2020 for a memorable and delightful episode of Toronto Mike'd.
