Today was the 4th Annual Murderecords Garage Sale in a laneway not too far from College and Brock. As luck would have it, my youngest son had a soccer match at Brockton Stadium and Sloan's garage sale was a 3 minute bike ride from there.
There was a lot of cool stuff, but I wanted the blue tee shirt you see in the top left corner of the image above. I picked one up and will rock it for a Toronto Tree pic or seven.
By noon the line was already pretty long, so I recommend getting there earlier if you attend next year's event. Chris Murphy was outside greeting people in line, and in the garage Jay Ferguson was handling the vinyl. Andrew Scott was there as well, but I didn't spot Patrick Pentland.
Sloan adjacent people I spotted during my hour visit was Moe Berg, Matt Murphy and Steven Page. Steven and I had a nice chat about the late Marc Nathan.
