A cruel reminder of how great the Sun's sports department was for so many years. Though I never cheered for its writers and columnists' favourite teams, there was a breadth and depth to the coverage that is sorely missed, despite there being so many alternatives.

Awesome episode!! Prior to my introduction to the Toronto Mike universe, all of my previous sports
knowledge largely came from the heyday of Toronto Sun sports coverage and key CityTv alumni like McKenny and Gross, so I wasn't always exactly current! Looking forward to a return visit from Mr.
Zeisberger, especially for a KOTJ (as it was hinted near the end that he is somewhat partial to the
heavier side of the musical spectrum). Really quite sad that legendary Sun personalities like Jim
"Shaky" Hunt and Corporate Sports editor George Gross departed this astral plane before they
each made a couple of appearances on Toronto Mike'd!!
