Toronto Mike Verified as the defacto Toronto Mike

When we went up 6-2, I was overcome with a great wave of confidence and set 'er up while I sipped my morning coffee. :)

As much as not winning gold sucks, I think this was far better hockey than using the NHL to win. It allowed other countries to actually compete instead of just being the boring USA vs Canada show.

And it seems other countries have grown their home talent beyond what was expected. Curling for example. Other countries have certainly upped their games. I'm not sure if they've hired Canadian coaches or what. But it does get boring when your sport is basically a cake walk to the finish.
