Listening to the podcast now Mike. You once tweeted where one could find a torrent for episode 1 of 24-7. I have the first 3, but can't find the fourth...would you know where I might find episode 4?

Just finished listening while waiting for CAA to show up and tow my car to our awesome mechanic - excellent job!

Elvis, I officially love you - I blew water our my nose when you asked Mike if he was going to ask Todd if he ever sucked a dick. Yes, I'm immature and I laughed.

And, I stayed with you through all the sports talk!

Elvis seems to be channeling Dean Blundell with that ridiculous fake laugh.

Thanks everyone - we had fun today.

@Jenkins - I can guarantee you, my laugh is real. Mike will back me up on this. It's loud and God-given.

If anyone knows how to transfer cassettes to mp3, I'd love to hear from you.

January 8, 2014 @ 4:33 PM

markosaar

@elvis -- you need a tape deck (shocking I know!), an rca-to-miniplug cable (i.e. something like this, and some kind of computer.

Virtually everything has a line-in port.

If you don't have access to a better audio recording programme, you can use Audacity. It can also export to MP3.

Do you need more detail?

First time listening to a podcast and really enjoyed it even though I don't follow sports. If I can get the iTunes thing to work you will be Deans replacement on my commute to work. Yes I still listened to him, except when XM was having a free preview!!!!

Great Episode Mike and elvis! Glad you didn't stick to the prescribed 30 minutes as it would have ruined the roll you were on.
I'm glad elvis made the point on Wendell Clark. I think he was a great Leaf, had a ton of heart and soul for the Leafs, but believe the media is to blame for putting him on a pedestal.
I think Wendell would agree with you.

Didn't realise Todd Shapiro was older than you Mike. Saw him at the Humble and Fred new studio welcoming shin dig and thought he was maybe in his late 20's. Damn I'm jealous of his youthful looks.

Very entertaining. It went by quickly. Good luck to Canada and hope they win gold!
