2013 Leafs Roster and Prediction

leafsI'm looking forward to watching the Leafs vs. Habs tonight. Here's our opening night roster.

  • Lupul
  • Kessel
  • Kulemin
  • Van Riemsdyk
  • Grabovski
  • MacArthur
  • Bozak
  • Kadri
  • Komarov
  • McLement
  • Brown
  • Steckel
  • Orr

  • Phaneuf
  • Gunnarsson
  • Liles
  • Kostka
  • Gardiner (currently injured)
  • Komisarek
  • Franson
  • Fraser
  • Holzer

  • Reimer
  • Scrivens

I'm predicting this team will surprise us and play above their ability and finish 10th in the Eastern Conference.

Go Leafs Go!

I'm predicting they're gonna get slaughtered tonight, then play a run of few good games, and then nosedive for the rest of the season until it's mathematically too late to make the playoffs.

Any team that has Bozak as your first line centre, is in big trouble. I like Bozak as a third line guy not definitely not as your top centre.

I thought they had finally given up on that meat-head Orr.

Look for them to place 33rd (out of 32).

On paper this team is a deadly combination of thin up front, thin on D and inexperienced in net.

If I was Randy Carlyle I'd start Roberto Luongo tonight.

No wait........

Willy Nilly

"North Dallas Forty" is on TVO @ 8. Although I'm not a football fan, this movie will probably be far more entertaining than any NHL game.........especially if it involves a Toronto team!

1-0 leafs
Eat your heart out losers
This is our game!

By the way that was the tackiest opening ceremony I have ever seen.

I've seen so many tackier opening ceremonies, starting with our very own Tie Domi tribute night.

I hate the Habs, but they have us beat when it comes to ceremonies.

BTW, here's me and Tie!

Now 2-0.

I did guarantee victory in episode 21...

What's with the tie pics, do you know him?
He was a great maple leaf despite how the media tried to bring him down.

They won. Pretty good. I'm surprised. (Happy, but surprised.)

I think if the Leafs had any season to go for the Cup, this would be the one. Why? Because until the end of time, people would say "It didn't count."

Daffy Duck

They won! They won! Woohoo! Woohoo! Playoff bound!

Oh...sorry...got a bit carried away there.

I don't think the NHL should play for the Stanley Cup this year, maybe they should play for the Tim Horton's Mug instead.

I don't want to talk about that game. My Habs lost. Also my coyotes lost as well. It's awful. It's really awful. The ceremony was long, that's for sure. It went on and on. They should have ceremonies about 15 minutes before the game and then the game can actually start on time.

@Gump Theres 30 teams.. not 32 good try though bud
