Things My Grandkids Will Never Understand

I found this comic on sticky comics.

It reminded me of a question I asked a few years ago.  What did we ever do before the Internet?  My grandkids will never have to figure out how to fold a map.  My grandkids won't know the yellow pages as anything other than a website.

Here's a list of things my grandchildren will never understand.

  • VCRs
  • Foldable Maps
  • Records, Cassettes and CDs
  • Cookbooks
  • Fax Machines
  • How to ask for directions
  • Encyclopedias
  • Waiting to see boxscores
  • Newspapers
  • Yellow, White and Blue Pages
  • Writing and mailing letters
  • Photo labs and film cameras
  • Dial-up Internet
  • Car keys
  • Libraries
  • Not instantly knowing who starred in what with whom
  • Dictionaries
  • Radio
  • Crank-open door windows
  • DVDs
  • Porno mags
