Car Shopping in the GTA

Here's the deal.  I'm getting a pretty decent tax refund this year, and I'm looking to spend the extra dough on a used car.

Where in Toronto should I go or look for a dependable, economical used car for $4000 or less?  Does anyone have a hook up or a good lead on a deal?
