My two youngest kids have probably watched KPop Demon Hunters dozens of times at this point, and beyond glancing at the screen for a few seconds here and there, I was completely ignorant until last night.
I knew the songs, because there's no missing them in my home. The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack was the soundtrack of this summer where I live. I can't tell you how many times I've heard Huntrix's Golden.
Last night, we all attended a theatrical presentation of this Netflix pic. It was billed as a "sing along" with the lyrics subtitled on screen and attendees encouraged to sing along. It was something else.
It was also the first time I ever saw KPop Demon Hunters in its entirety, and my expectations were blown away. It was great! I even dug the songs, and may have caught myself singing along to Takedown and Soda Pop.
