On Monday, Snow made his Toronto Mike'd debut. Keith Stein, owner of the Toronto Maple Leafs baseball club, heard that episode and asked me for a connect. I put Keith in touch with Snow's manager, FOTM Paul Farberman.
Fast forward precisely three days and it was announced that Snow is the official ambassador of Toronto Maple Leafs baseball in 2025. I was there to capture the big moment on video.
I was also there to meet Ayami Sato, the Japanese woman who will start for the Maple Leafs on Sunday afternoon. By the way, #TMLX18 coincides with this historical event as all FOTMs are invited to gather beyond the left field fence at Christie Pits at 1:30pm. Come out and see how Sato fares against professional men.
Of course, FOTM Rod Black was there, as was Ridley Funeral Home's own Brad Jones. And as a member of the media, the VP of Sales was in attendance so he could report back on the next edition of FOTMCast.
