This game is about tower defence. Aliens crash a show at the tavern, and they send musicians to a far and distant planet. Your job will be to try and help the Canadian artists to drive off the aliens while also saving the day. Your end-goal is to make it back to Toronto by fighting the boss and saving the day. Actual Sunlight

Actual Sunlight is very emotionally driven. It’s an indie experience that shows a man’s struggle with life. He has depression and the ultimate goal of the game is to try and find a way to carry on. This game was designed by Will O’Neil, who is a native from Toronto and he has stated that the video game is painfully real, but well worth the try.

SOMA

SOMA is a horror game that is set around Bloor and Spadina.  As you play the game, you will see the protagonist’s address, which is in Canada. You will soon see that you are going through Toronto. There are no spoilers about this game here, but if you are bored and want something that will keep you on the edge of your seat then this is the game for you.

Far Cry

The Far Cry Blood Dragon game is certainly one that you should look into if you love the idea of sinking into a character’s story development. Montreal developers have openly admitted that Toronto appears in the open cinematic. The game starts with a nuclear explosion and half of the city gets wiped out. This game is certainly one that you should play because it’s certainly a fantastic story.

Scott Pilgrim

This franchise loves giving a nod to Toronto and various retro video games. Scott Pilgrim highlights the city in 16-bit glory. You will be able to control Stephen, Kim, Scott or even Ramona. As you make your way through the story, you will soon find that everything comes together and that you are easily able to uncover top secrets.
