Okay I'm just finishing the musical intro, but come on, what about Primal Scream and Jesus and Mary Chain!?!?!

Toronto Mike Verified as the defacto Toronto Mike

It really was just five great Scottish bands off the top of my head. :)

Had to stop with forty five minutes left. I’ll pick it up again later but just wanted to say this has been a really interesting show listening to Stevens journey that brought him eventually here. A lot of people don’t realize the sacrifice that these professionals make from a young age!!!!

Really enjoyed this interview regardless of my complete lack of knowledge regarding the sport and horrible childhood memories of being heavily-winded after forced gym class participation! Steve
really sounds like a great guy and his passion for the game was nigh-on-infectious (and no, I'm not
about to go buy some Cleats and try out for some Spectrum-affiliated league of middle-aged Aspies!!!).

Enjoyed the musical selections, but here are five more great Scottish bands/songs:
#1. Nazareth-"Hair of the Dog"
#2. Danny Wilson-"Mary's Prayer"
#3. Deacon Blue-"Dignity"
#4. Del Amitri-"Always the Last to Know"
#5. Balaam and the Angel-"I Love the Things You Do to Me"
