Carrie FisherCarrie Fisher was 60. She was the actress best known as Star Wars‘ Princess Leia Organa. She also appeared in films like The Blues Brothers, When Harry Met Sally, The 'Burbs and Woody Allen's Hannah and Her Sisters.

For some reason, this one hurt. Maybe it's because I'm a big Star Wars fan, but she seemed like such an awesome person. Just finished watching Rogue One, and I'll admit, I got a little teary knowing that Princess Leia is no more.

Just reviewing my feedly and you're the only one who posted about this. I'm still quite upset, a week later. Her memoirs were so intimate, she really felt like a friend.

Carrie Fisher defined a generation for women all over the world. She became and icon of pop culture, all-the-while dealing with personal issues that would go unnoticed. Even now, 2 months later, I am still in shock and find it hard to fathom that she is no longer with us.

R.I.P. Carrie. You are missed
