My oldest daughter and I went to Screemers in Vaughan last night. Screemers is Toronto's oldest halloween event, and is connected to my personal history in a mind blowing way that will be explained fully on Wednesday's episode of Toronto Mike'd. Don'tchadaremissit.

I hadn't seen my daughter since I dropped her off in Montreal in August, so it was awesome holding her hand while I endured scare after scare. Yes, I was scared... over and over again. It was a thrilling experience.

My daughter drove to 80 Interchange Way, but as is my personal life rule, I had to bike. It was pretty much 30 km north of my home and the ride home in the dark on the Humber Trail was almost as scary as Screemers.

I don't think Screemers, which is right by the Dave & Busters off Highway 7 just east of Highway 400, gets many, if any, cyclists. There was literally nowhere to lock up, but I found a sweet spot by the main entrance.

I highly recomment Screemers for anyone looking for a fun Halloween fright!
