Nelson Mandela, Dead at 95

In MemoriumNelson Mandela was 95. He endured 27 years in prison before winning the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993 and becoming South Africa's first president from 1994 to 1999.

He should be an inspiration to us all. South Africa will be devastated. The world is devastated. He stood for the fact that whatever colour, religion or status; we are all made from the same cloth.

I agree Mary he did make a difference for everyone just the same as Martin Luther King Jr.

Hard to think of a more influential and inspiring human being. His grace upon release, forgiveness of his oppressors and pursuit of equality and peace is unequalled. RIP Nelson Mandela. And thank you.
