For the record, as of this moment, Teri Polo is not dead.
I thought I'd make this declaration as a public service. Every day, without failure, I get a referral or two from Google searches for teri+polo+dead. Many believe the 36 year actress has passed on.
It was easy to detect the origin of this misconception. The following update appears on my Dead Pool page. "March 10, 2005 - Nicole DeHuff was 30. She was an actress best known for playing Teri Polo's sister in "Meet the Parents"." The premature death of the actress playing Polo's sister in her biggest hit created a cyber version of broken telephone.
Also, for the record, Abe Vigoda is still not dead.
