The most random Paul Romanuk career stop was him doing Raptors games on radio for a year or two on the Fan 590.
That was definitely the first time he watched a basketball game.

That Raptors gig is the one Paul quit before he moved to England. We spoke about it a great deal.
November 15, 2017 @ 3:39 PMRocking that new haircut. Nice!
They took your eyebrows too

Nobody touches my eyebrows...
November 15, 2017 @ 3:47 PMThe CBS play-by-play broadcaster for both the 1992 and 1993 World Series was Sean McDonough. Fairly sure Tim McCarver was the colour broadcaster.
November 15, 2017 @ 3:51 PMReally looking forward to this one. Downloading now.
November 15, 2017 @ 6:05 PMIf Mr. Romanuk is willing to head north from the Beaches, he really needs to check out Left Field Brewery (Greenwood & Wagstaff), Godspeed Brewery (Coxwell & Gerrard, great food), and The Wren pub at Monarch Park & Danforth.
November 15, 2017 @ 7:49 PMGreat episode!
November 16, 2017 @ 9:02 AM@ Edward
You are 100 percent correct, it was Sean Mcdonough

November 17, 2017 @ 6:41 PMGreat show! Really learned a lot about things that I'm mostly unfamiliar with, so thanks again!! Would
definitely be interested in hearing the results of any hypothetical Canadian Media All-Stars Beatles Trivia event! Perhaps an idea to consider for a future episode of Toronto Mike?!?
triumphant return? this guy is a total hack! its shows you how out of touch rogers is with their hockey, they have this turd calling leaf and or hab games on saturdays and kevin quinn! calling oiler games.. total amateur hour, check out twitter, nothing but negative feedback.. I stopped watching games he calls, he should go back to spengler cup games. he must have thought somebody was playing a cruel joke when rogers first called him.. nobody would believe they wanted him..
