Bill Carroll or Jimmy Wales?

Bill Carroll was on Humble and Fred Radio today. He used to be a pretty big deal on CFRB and now he's kicking ass on KFI in Los Angeles. I know that, because I visited his Wikipedia page earlier today.
Wikipedia is featuring a new round of personal appeals from Jimmy Wales, only this time his face is left justified. It just looks strange, and in this instance, I couldn't tell if it was a picture of Jimmy Wales or Bill Carroll.
On that same Wikipedia page, is this picture of Bill Carroll.
Separated at birth?
