High Park Cherry Blossom Map

picturesThe cherry blossoms in High Park are in full effect. Before you grab your camera and make the trip to snap great shots like these, I can help you plan your day.

I know High Park very well, so I can tell you where you'll find the best Somei-Yoshino cherry trees. Take Cherry Hill down from West Road to Grenadier Pond and you'll find this.

You can thank me later. Here's where those kick ass cherry blossoms are on the map.

This reminds me of the Family Guy episode where all the New Yorkers come to see the Autumn leaves changing colour. Hey....let's go see the flowers on the trees!!!

No blossoms yet (04/27/11 2:00 PM) Buds on all the trees on Cherry Hill but unless we get two or three days of the kind of weather we had today it is going to be at least the weekend.

I will be heking again Friday afternoon and will post and update.
