There has to be something that can be done with the building. Flipping it and making it a supermarket is really pathetic. Come on, can't they move the Hockey Hall of Fame there?

What would you do with MLG if you owned it, Mike?

I was fortunate to be part of the team that worked on the recent MLG deal. As a result of my involvement, I had the opportunity to explore the building on several occasions over the past few months. It was amazing to wander through the golds, check out the view from the gondola and sit in Ballard's bunker.

I may be biased (and a bit vested) but I'm thrilled that the building has been saved from the wrecking ball and that I may have the chance to skate at the gardens in 18 months or so.
