Ha Ha! Along with the fake hairpiece, that's a fake kiss. The camera angle gives it away.

Trish...it wasn't a fake kiss....they weren't allowed to open their mouths in the 60's when kissing so they just pressed lips. Although she looks like she was getting into it!
