The Best Thunder and Lightning Storm I Can Remember

bolt24-hours after the best thunder and lightning storm I can remember, I'm ready to write about it. I did tweet it in real-time, but a storm like that is worthy of a proper entry.

Two things struck me about last night's storm. Firstly, you couldn't count to three without a flash of lightning lighting up the sky. The thunder and lightning came fast and furiously and every bolt seemed to be striking directly above. Secondly, it lasted over an hour. When you combine the frequency of the strikes and the time span of the storm you have the very best thunder and lightning storm of my life.

Here's a YouTube video of the storm I just spotted on blogTO. If you were out of town, here's what you missed.

I got caught in that thing heading over to Rogers Centre yesterday to catch the game. It was something for sure.
