I'm a Kevin Smith fan. I've pretty much dug everything he's done this side of Jersey Girl. Zack and Miri Make a Porno, however, misses the mark completely.

There are surprisingly few good laughs in this film. There are a few forced chuckles, and it's pretty funny that Elizabeth Banks might actually find Seth Rogen sexually attractive, but this is a pretty unfunny comedy.

It's not funny, and it's not sexy. It's actually pretty damn boring. It started okay, but then morphed into the "I don't care what happens - this is dumb - where the hell are the Kevin Smith laughs - I should watch Clerks again" realm.

Save yourself 101 minutes, unless it's too late. Did anyone actually like this movie?

Not as funny as Four Christmases but I laughed out loud. I'd give it a 6/10.

6/10 is about right...my wife and I enjoyed it. Of course if I had to pay theatre prices rather than ROD I might have had a different opinion...

Elizabeth Banks is hot - even though she was forced to convert to Judaism by her husband. Poor thing.....

i saw this in theatres, and the first half of the movie was HILARIOUS. loved it. second half sucked though. i'd say 8.5/10 for the first half, then 4/10. so i suppose that means 6.25/10 lol

Wow, maybe cause I like Smith and the cast but I really enjoyed this one! Laughed the whole way through, but I can see where the second half going romantic comedy can turn people off.

I have not seen it.

I do not want to see it. I think it just doesn't appeal to me. I think Kevin Smith can so a whole lot better.

Now, how does this relate to CFNY?!

I thought this movies was just ok. It seemed to be too 'forced'. Almost a parody of itself.

I give it a 5 out of 10.

Its a Seth Rogen movie - he plays the exact same character in pretty much every movie: a foul mouthed jewish guy.

It got boring fast...and I pretty much avoid everything he (and Jonah Hill) do.

Maybe its just me, but I can't stand the amount of profanity in their movies.

Seth Rogen is utterly useless and exemplifies the complete lack of ideas and creativity that is HOllywood today. Kevin Smith jumped the shark some time ago.

I thought it was great myself. The last Kevin Smith film I watched was Dogma, which I hated, so my expectations were low going in, but my wife and I had a good time watching it. I'd give it an 7/10.
