In MemoriumWalter Cronkite was 92. He covered the Cuban missile crisis, the Kennedy assassination, the moon landing, the Vietnam war and Watergate. He was an icon in broadcast journalism "and that's the way it is".

I'll never forget seeing this live (off school that day). I eas 6 years old. My MOM was upset because they into her soaps (As the World Turns).
Walter was an ICON for sure & many have used him as a role model, but there will never be anyone better.
Walter, now your with JFK. RIP
