If you get shutout, try Massey Hall's official website! I did that for Jerry Seinfeld and The Killers and was able to get tickets after Ticketmaster told me none were available (for Jerry I didn't keep them because I was looking for better).

Similar fees though, but it's a good alternative.

BBM, this is quite the topic you're introducing.

You've got many of my favourite bands on your list. You'd have to consider The Band. Hopefully in ten years we can consider great new bands like Arcade Fire, Broken Social Scene, Metric, Stars, etc.

The Hip are my favourite, but you've got to dig the other 9 bands you mentioned.

I am a big Guess Who and
Hip fan, it's nice to see
Sloan get some recognition,
there is no right answer, but
if you don't count the Band
because of Levon Helm, The
Hip are probably Canada's best
ever Rock Band. It's so subjective, some people would
have April Wine in their top
ten, some wouldn't even consider them.
