The Force Is Strong With This One

LeafsIt's nice to see Pension Plan Puppets, a fun little Leaf fan blog, enjoyed my Luke Schenn photoshoppery.

I used that same picture again last week when I declared Luke Schenn was our Scott Stevens. It took me five periods to realize how damn special this kid is. He's already the best Leafs defenseman on the ice, although that's not saying a great deal.

After this little spark last night to seal the deal for Tosky and the boys, I'm thinking Scott Stevens is selling the great Luke Schenn short. I'm going with #4 Bobby Orr.

Not too bad for a "stay at home defenseman with limited offensive potential".

A lucky fan (19 years and older) will also have the chance to win Seasons Tickets for the 2009-10 Leafs season in the Smirnoff Ice box at Air Canada Centre. The festivities start at 12 noon, so come by for your chance to win and cheer on the Leafs! Brought to you by Smirnoff Ice, the official cooler of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
