Maple Leafs 5, Senators 0

LeafsI don't care if we jumped into 12th place in the conference, it was worth it to lay a beating on the Senators. I hate this team and I take great joy in their recent struggles.

This was our Stanley Cup. No, it's not quite as exciting, and there's no parade or accolades or even an actual Stanley Cup, but we'll take what we can get.

Thes damned Leafs can't even get losing right. I don't care how much you hate the Sens, it isn't worth moving up 2 places in the standings. That could cost you the frist overall pick...and for what? A little satisfaction that you won't even remember when the Sens are in the cup finals again.

National Hockey teams don't play to lose. The fans, the media, and management always expect the best performance possible from the Leafs. By the way, there is still a miniscule chance that the Leafs will make the playoffs. As long as that chance is there (however small it is), they should play every game to win.

Yes, we realize you're a better team right now, but we have an equal number of Stanley Cups over the past decade.

Speaking of the past decade, haven't the Leafs and Sens hooked up in four playoff series during that time? What were the results, I can't recall...
