I know first hand this is inaccurate. Vancouver is quite expensive.

It's the mountains and ocean... we can't compete with that.

If you want less poverty, lower crime and murder rates, you want Toronto over Vancouver. If you want mountains and an ocean, you want Vancouver over Toronto.
