George of the Jungle

Earlier today, while I built yet another wonderful product from Ikea, I heard a familiar theme song in the background. I heard the theme for George of the Jungle, only it was different than I remembered it. I turned around and saw the kids were watching a modernized version of this cartoon I watched as a kid.
The original George of the Jungle I know and love was from the people behind Rocky & Bullwinkle and was bundled with Tom Slick and Super Chicken. The new version, which airs on Teletoon, doesn't hold a candle to our late-60s George. Damn kids, always trying to modernize our gold.
