Great Anti Piracy Ad Ad

virusalertAbout a year ago I complained about the anti-piracy advertisements they force down your throat when you're watching a legitimate, store-bought movie on DVD. What kills me about these ads is you can't skip them and they play every time you put the DVD in the player. It makes watching your legitimate, store-bought copy a total hassle.

Check out this great image that sends up the whole thing. By punishing those who don't steal creative content aren't they pushing you toward buying a pirated copy?

It's funny because it's true.

I agree, but probably to deter you from burning it for someone else or lending it to them to pirate.
