Maple Leafs 1, Ottawa Senators 4

Don't even pretend you're surprised by this lacklustre effort in the season opener. The Sens owned us last year, except for the third last game of the season when we salvaged a win. We've been outscored 44-20 in losing eight of our last nine games against Ottawa.
Borje Salming looked so good during the pre-game ceremony I wanted him in the line up. Sundin was clearly inspired by the great Swede's appearance as he scored the lone Leafs goal on a penalty shot.
An opportunity for revenge presents itself tonight. I wouldn't bet on it though, if I were you.
