My Ten Favourite Bands Of All-Time

Tracking ones favourite bands used to be a far easier practice. As a teen, I could ring off my ten favourite bands of all-time without hesitation or doubt. In my 30s, it seems to change by the hour or mood.

Here is my current top ten:

The Tragically Hip
Pearl Jam
Nirvana
Public Enemy
Alice in Chains
System of a Down
Soundgarden
Foo Fighters
The White Stripes
Arcade Fire

Agree or disagree, just keep in mind how completely subjective this practice is.

If you are seeing the Hip at Fort York, *make sure* you watch the Weakerthans! You might have to find a new opening in your top 10..

I like ur top two & number 5. It is very difficult to decide a top 10 or in my case a top 11 favourite list of bands. There are just so many bands. I suppose I would add Nickelback, Our Lady Peace, Rush, Queensryche, Guns n'Roses, Metallica, Aerosmith, Big Sugar & the Barenaked Ladies.
