I've previously declared myself a tweener. We tweeners are those people who are realistic and objective about their team. We stick with our team no matter how it's doing but we have a sense of what's really going on.
The tweener in me realizes the Leafs are a far worse team right now than the Sens. Although last time was worse, this was pretty bad. When Mariusz Czerkawski is your best player, you know you're in trouble. We're clinging to 8th in the east with a bunch of teams knocking on the door. Making the playoffs is going to be a serious challenge.
Diehards have it easy. They put the blinders on and and turn chicken shit into chicken salad. Unfortunately, this ain't no salad.
