Heard At A Canadian Tire

This afternoon I heard the following announced over the paging system at a local Canadian Tire. "Manager to the gun rack for customer service". Something about that sentence didn't sit right with me.

During the same visit to Canadian Tire, I asked a member of their helpful crew where I would find a certain item. I even pointed to the exact product in their weekly flyer so there was no possibility of miscommunication. This young fellow shrugged his shoulders, looked ever so puzzled and told me "I don't have a clue" before wandering away.

I love Canadian Tire.
