Season Five for Christmas

Fox Home Entertainment has announced the fifth season of The Simpsons will hit store shelves on December 21. If you don't mind pre-holiday shopping madness, that's just in time for Christmas.

Season five falls into the heart of The Simpsons' prime when every episode was an absolute gem. It will be great to add this awesome season to the collection so I can watch and re-watch "Homer's Barbershop Quartet", "Cape Feare", "Homer Goes to College", "Rosebud", "Deep Space Homer", "Homer Loves Flanders" and "Boy Scoutz N the Hood" to name just a few.

Here's a synopsis of season five. It's going to be a great Christmas after all.
