Best Movie Death Scenes

A Total Film poll of movie critics has attempted to rank the "best movie death" of all time.

Here are their top ten.

1. Psycho
2. Dr Strangelove Or: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb
3. King Kong
4. Die Hard
5. Bonnie and Clyde
6. Bambi
7. Scream (1966)
8. Gladiator
9. Star Wars
10. White Heat

I can think of several awesome death scenes in Quentin Tarantino movies alone. Also, you have to give props to that "curb job" scene in American History X which very well may be the most difficult death scene I've ever watched. And finally, off the top of my head, there is that brutally cold death scene in Saving Private Ryan. You can't argue with Psycho's infamous shower scene though.
