Lighting blow a 3-0 lead. Sounds about right.

Only 2 CBJ picked? I picked 1 on my last pick in our pool - Josh Anderson as my sisters nephew. Already has 2 pts. More than Stamkos or Kucherov so far. Series is still early. CBJ were up 2-0 against Caps in 1st round last year & lost the series is 6.

Oh man, my team is looking terrible. I'm going to need a miraculous Tampa comeback just to beat the Lambster line. :P

@Alexi

No sympathy from me, the man who drafted two Penguins first and second overall.

Joe From TO

At the current pace how many of our first round picks will actually make it to the second round?

This might end up being one of the most interesting pools ever, with so many big names out. I predict a record low winning total though.

Patino

Hey Boon, I think M. Rantanen has 6 points not 4

If the top seed in each conference losing in the first round of the playoffs wasn't enough, the Lightning and Flames combined to go 1-8 in their respective games. I don't think we'll ever see anything like this again, not just the dual upsets in of themselves but the one sided nature of the upsets.

And just for good measure, the third best team in the league by point total ie the Bruins are also facing elimination in the first round.

Why do we play that long regular season again?

These playoffs have been unbelievable so this pool's going to be an absolute mess.

How about those Sharks!!!!
Sharks score 4 times during Eakin's major to turn game 7 around (Penalty + all goals)

All the top seeds are falling! What a golden opportunity the Leafs had to go deep. As for the pool... we might see an 80 point winner?!

OH NO DALLAS! That must have been devastating to you Joe!
It looks like it's between James, Patino and myself.

Good luck guys!

James needs San Jose to have a shot... big game tonight! If SJ bows out, it's a two horse race... Dom vs. Pats.

Congrats to Dom and James for having their faith in the Bruins and Sharks rewarded. They were the only top seeded teams that didn't completely shit the bed these playoffs. Although, both came close as they both had to win at least one Game 7 to make it this far.

I've already won our pool as I was only person to pick St. Louis players (on a whim) & have 2 Bruins as well. Everybody else loaded up on TBay, Winnipeg, Washington, Nashville & Boston all spread around.

On Jan. 2/19 St. Louis was in last place in NHL standings & made playoffs on last week of the season.
Thanks Gloria, Gloria

It. Is. Over.

My boy might double his money. If that happens, it'll be the first time a teenager has placed.

Congrats to Dom, who has now won twice more than me.
