I have no idea if he is or was banned from Prime Time Sports, but I do remember him on the show way back when I was in high school, have to be honest I never really thought he was all that good. Take it for what its worth.

Terrific stories, with my favourite being the one about Mr. Joyce's early morning
washroom 'adventure' whilst working the overnight police scanner beat at the
Toronto S(t)un back in the day. Yes, I've always been an ardent admirer of a
refreshing lavatory tale or ten!! Sadly, I really didn't find much humour in the finale's
Bob McCown story, but then again, that was largely due to my having no real affinity
with either the seemingly self-styled Bobcat or his illustriously long career.

It was also nice to hear the once and future(?) Monsieur Bannon of the North confirm
that there will indeed be another season of the gently amusing "Private Eyes"
going into production in the very near future. According to the always-trustworthy
Interwebs, an already-filmed third season will be debuting at some point on
Global later in May, consisting of twelve episodes. This is most-promising because
the charming second season consisted of an epic 18 episodes, but was actually
stingily distributed over two summers of 9 shows apiece. Guess that's Canuck TV 4 Ya!!

And lastly, I'm probably gonna have to stay up past my premature bedtime in
the very near future and pay a visit to the Social Capital Theatre, as it would
appear that this regular Sunday evening event might just offer some (long-overdue!)
stage time to even a wrinkled 'n' long-in-the-tooth-amateur such as myself!!

Great stories! I especially loved the blind security guard story.
