Doris RobertsDoris Roberts was 90. She was the actress who earned four Emmys for playing Marie Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond.

Wow! I last saw here on Strombo's CBC Show. She seemed to be aging, but still very happy and swift. I really loved her performance on "...Raymond". I hated Marie Barone, but again you were supposed to.

Yes she did. Kinda sad that this entry doesn't have more of a draw for comments. I liked how she never really acted as if she "made" it. She always seemed humble and committed to growing her talent, even post-Raymond.

I guess I'm just saying, I wish that we celebrated more the likes of her as opposed to some others. But society just doesn't work that way.
