I doubt there will be a flood of posts here. Bobby Womack was an artist's artist.
He never had the commercial and public success because he didn't (or wouldn't or couldn't) fit into a specific genre mould.
If he had grown up in the Youtube / Idol / Britain's Got Talent generation of today, he would be a superstar.
Bobby Womack is that kind of superstar, but with real genuine talent.
