Daily Photo: Truck Service

picturesI'm so pleased with the camera built into my new Samsung Galaxy phone, it's given me an idea...

I'm going to take a photo every day, and share it here. I can't promise I'll post one every single day, but I'll try. My goal is to find beauty in the ordinary.

Truck Service

On this gorgeous late-November Friday, I was walking on North Queen when I spotted this sign for Truck Service. I've likely passed this sign dozens of times, but today it seemed rather beauteous.

@Bob Loblaw

Anyone can get it for free. It came free when I signed my life away to Rogers for 3 years. You can get the same deal.

Good job, Mike!

You might enjoy my friends site, 606diaries.com. Every day, at 6:06pm, he takes a photo, no matter where or what he is doing, and uploads it to his site. You could do something similar.

Well, after looking at the site, it seems he's somewhat abandoned it. But you get the idea...

I love that concept, but it must take a helluvalotta discipline.

I remember for years I'd post a quote from Homer Simpson first thing on Sunday morning. One Sunday morning I woke up and realized it felt more like a job than fun, and I never did it again.

Those quotes, by the way, live on forever here: http://www.torontomike.com/homer.html

Please get into the year 2011
The company is now known as "Robbers" NOT rogers !!!

Jeez. Better than most pocket compacts.

Well, I don't understand this. I'm blind. I can't see pictures. Let's talk about my Habs instead. They're not doing very well. I'm hoping my Phoenix Suns will do well once the short basketball season starts.

Cheryl, if you don't understand it (or can't see it) don't hijack the entry with something about a completely different topic.
