Buffalo Boy Mike

He was one of our legends, Rico will be missed. Terry Pegula said today that they had a lot of future plans for the French Connection, now one of those chairs will be empty but it will be there. For Rico, it will always be there for him in Buffalo. Fitting that the French Connection was able to reunite one last time a few weeks ago. RIP Rico

I only remember the French Connection a little bit, because we did not get to see much of the Buffalo Sabres on TV in Winnipeg.

I had the fortune of going to a Sabres game last month. It was a really enjoyable experience, even if the Sabres lost in OT. The fans and atmosphere at HSBC Arena were great.

A friend of mine and I were in and around the Buffalo area on Saturday afternoon. We went through Clarence and Akron. For all we know, we drove past Martin's house.
