Degrassi's School's Out

tvAbout five years ago, I wrote a thank you letter to Degrassi. As a kid, I watched "The Kids of Degrassi Street", "Degrassi Junior High" and "Degrassi High". It was appointment viewing for me and I watched every single week.

When "Degrassi High" was done, everything was wrapped up in a made-for-tv movie called "School's Out". Here's the promo for "School's Out", a 90-minute flick I thoroughly enjoyed in 1992.

I remember Caitlin dropped an F-bomb and Wheels ended up in jail. I also remember thinking it was a fitting end for a fantastic series.

This was the end of my Degrassi.

Gta Rob

I remember watching this when it was first on back in the 90's and thought it was great. A story I could relate to. When you hold up degrassi against the other teen show at the time, 90210, it's no contest. Degrassi hands down.

I met a few of the actors in a summer acting class during the Degrassi Junior High years.

The twins weren't nice.

But Melanie was!

I loved that show and you are right, it ended perfectly.

I worked at Sporting Life in the late 80's, and I remember the twins coming into the store. I agree with McNulty's comments - they were not particularly polite. The semi-fame had gone to their heads.

Obviously we know where some of the cast are (still on or were on the new degrassi), but has there ever been a 'Where are they now' done on the bulk of the cast?
