Maple Leafs 2010/2011 Season Countdown Clock

ClockIf you click on over to https://www.torontomike.com/countdown.html you'll learn there are 95 days, 8 hours, 23 minutes, and 22 seconds left until the Maple Leafs opener against the Habs.

That countdown clock will track the seconds remaining until we drop the puck for real once more. I've done this every summer for eight years and there's always at least one fan who checks it daily.

I recommend checking it hourly.

The Habs will win that game. The Habs will beat the Leafs. Go Habs go. Remember I'm a Habs fan. I hate the Leafs.

Please let's not start commenting on the Leafs ability until their standings warrant.

Great way to start the season. My two home towns locked in battle. If the Habs win it will be a fluke. If the Leafs take it it will be the highlight of the year for Leaf Nation.

For the record I dislike the Ole Ole Ole chant.

Dear God. You are really sick, Mike :)

I will now officially not be thinking about hockey until it gets cold out.

You've got to be kidding. Early July & hockey!! They have upgraded but still NOT playoff worthy this year.

I think we're one top 6 forward away from making the playoffs. Let's hope Burke can scoop up one, whether it be Ilya Kovalchuk, Simon Gange, Marc Savard, Nikolai Zherdev, or Brad Richards.

Go Leafs Go!

I love the ole ole thing. It's great. If the Leafs win, it's a fluke because the Habs will win.
