A New Hope for Pogge

leafsI blame myself. Everything seems to have gone south for Justin Pogge since my interview with him last month. Since then, I've seen him pulled during a Marlies game and trashed by both Burke and Wilson. Pogge rues the day he met me.

Thanks to Martin Gerber's suspension, Pogge is back with the big club. Cujo will likely start tonight, but we can expect to see Pogge play on Saturday night. It's a new hope for Justin Pogge.

I'm probably rooting harder for Pogge than any other Leaf fan. I couldn't stand the guilt in knowing I ruined his promising career.

Me with Justin Pogge

Leafs play Chicago tomorrow night and Boston Sat. No game tonight.

You'd figure they'd play Cujo in the harder (Boston) game wouldn't you? That and it's at home. Last thing I'd imagine Pogge needs if the game goes sour is 20,000 people booing him.

Toronto Mike

Actually, it's Buffalo tomorrow and Boston on Saturday.

Maybe it will be Pogge tomorrow and Cujo Saturday... Pogge's getting one of them, that's for sure.

Last chance Justin. Make the best for a fortunate situation for yourself.
Hope only lasts for a certain amount of time & the hour glass has very little sand left. It may be empty after this opportunity.
You've got the ball (puck) it's your choice.
