Obama Addicted to Crack(Berry)

PhoneObama is addicted to his BlackBerry. I can't say I blame him, I feel naked without mine. There's something about having all that info at your fingertips that becomes addictive.

Normally, Presidents don't use email as it can be subpoenaed by Congress and courts and may be subject to public records laws. There's also the obvious security risk in having the Commander in Chief wearing a phone. But, Obama gets to keep his BlackBerry.

"The president has a BlackBerry through a compromise that allows him to stay in touch with senior staff and a small group of personal friends," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Thursday. He did not say with whom the compromise was struck.

I'm keeping mine, too.

Losing my Blackberry might have caused me to drop out of the Presidential race...

NOT to be negative - he's trying on 1st day to get things in order.
He's left handed, a smoker & black.
Many people in the U.S. will see this the wrong way.
I'm a smoker also - does Obama smoke in his car with his kids?
Left handed, as long as he can write & being black - its time for change. Personally too many expectations put on Obama now that he cannot resolve right away or even in his term of 4 years or 8 years.
He will clean up the $H!t that Dubya left & then probably his term will be done.

I agree with you Chris... I am PRO Obama, not a smoker, born in Toronto, am ambidextrus, married to a lefty, live in Oakville and addicted (in a good way) to my Blackberry. Barack Obama will do well.. one day at a time. Once people stop looking at the first 100 days he'll do GREAT.
