Randy Pausch, Rest in Peace

In MemoriumRandy Pausch was 47. He was the Carnegie Mellon University computer scientist whose "last lecture" about facing terminal cancer became an Internet sensation and a best-selling book.

Definitely a fascinating mind and well articulated. I suppose I was fortunate to get caught up in the 'viral' thing in the fall because I watched the Last Lecture and it truly changed my perspective. He has done what we all wish for our children.

His lecture wasn't actually about facing terminal cancer. It's about achieving your (childhood) dreams. Inspiring nonetheless. I think his personal story just gave it more of a background.
